Multimode hybrid power, trailer-ready

The VMHV100K3 ESS combines solar PV, a LiFePO4 battery and a Cummins diesel generator in one compact unit. The energy management system runs the site on solar and battery first and starts the generator only when it is needed, so the site burns less fuel and the generator runs fewer hours. It works off-grid, grid-connected or in parallel with the genset, and 4G monitoring shows energy flows and alarms from anywhere.

What is inside the VMHV100K3 ESS?

A 60 kW power conversion system, a 768 V LiFePO4 battery of up to 115 kWh, a 60 kVA Cummins 4BTA3.9-G2 diesel generator with Stamford alternator, and a 50 kW bidirectional DC/DC converter with four MPPT solar inputs. Output is three-phase 400/230 V, 50 Hz.

How does it handle peak loads?

The PCS delivers 60 kW continuously, 66 kW maximum and 72 kW for one minute. For higher peaks, the diesel generator and the battery run in parallel.

Can it work with a generator we already own?

Yes. In expansion mode the VMHV100K3 ESS connects to the customer's own diesel generator.

How is it shipped?

The unit measures 3,320 × 2,170 × 2,230 mm and weighs 6 t. One unit fits in a 20 ft container and three in a 40 ft container. Production lead time and price are confirmed in the Proforma Invoice.
