Acceptance of terms
By accessing www.ab-ipower.com (the “Website”), placing an order or interacting with AB-iPower Co., Ltd (“AB-iPower”, “we”, “us”) in any commercial capacity, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please stop using the Website and our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, distributors, resellers and B2B partners worldwide.

Hybrid solar-diesel systems
Trailer-mounted and containerised ESS combining solar PV, LiFePO4 battery and diesel generator.
LiFePO4 energy storage
Commercial and microgrid battery storage with BMS and EMS integration.
Solar light towers
Trailer-mounted LED lighting with solar charging and optional backup.
OEM and ODM systems
Power systems configured to buyer specifications and branding.
Products are subject to availability. Specifications and pricing may change without notice. Images are illustrative and may differ from delivered units; the Proforma Invoice and product datasheet prevail.
Intellectual property
All content on this Website, including text, product descriptions, photographs, specifications, diagrams, videos, logos and branding, is the property of AB-iPower or its licensors.
- No reproduction or commercial use without prior written authorisation.
- Product names, the AB-iPower logo and associated trademarks belong to AB-iPower.
- Downloading or printing for internal, non-commercial reference is permitted with copyright notices kept.
Orders and payment
- Quote acceptance: orders become binding only on written confirmation of a Proforma Invoice (PI) by both parties.
- Deposit: a deposit (typically 30% of the order value) starts production. The balance is due before shipment unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Minimum order quantities may apply to some product lines.
- Currency: prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise.
- Payment methods: bank transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C) and other methods agreed in writing.
- Price validity: 30 days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise.
AB-iPower may refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing error, supply disruption or suspected fraud.

Warranty
- Standard warranty: 12 to 24 months from shipment, depending on the product category. Product-specific terms are stated in the datasheet and commercial agreement.
- LiFePO4 battery systems: capacity retention as stated in the product documentation.
- Coverage: defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.
- Exclusions: improper installation, misuse, unauthorised modification, impact, water ingress beyond the IP rating, or use outside specified parameters.
- Claims: in writing to sales01@ab-ipower.com with photos, serial number and a description of the defect.
- Remedy: repair, replacement of defective components or credit, at AB-iPower’s discretion.
Return shipping for warranty repairs is the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AB-iPower’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. AB-iPower is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of revenue or profit, damage caused by improper use or installation, downtime outside warranty coverage, or force majeure events.
Installation, commissioning and maintenance must be performed by qualified electricians or engineers in compliance with local standards.
Prohibited use
- Unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity
- Reverse engineering or unauthorised modification of our products
- Scraping or automated extraction of data from the Website
- Transmitting malware, spam or harmful code
- Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation
- Re-exporting products in violation of export control laws
Privacy
Your use of the Website and any personal information you submit are governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are first subject to good-faith negotiation; if unresolved within 30 days, they are submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
For buyers in Australia or the USA, nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
Changes to terms
AB-iPower may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use of the Website or placing orders after changes constitutes acceptance.
