How we use your data

Website measurement
To understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries, our website records, on our own server: the page requested, the campaign parameters present in the link (for example utm_source or a Google Ads click identifier), the first page you landed on, and a few actions such as downloading a datasheet or clicking our WhatsApp button. This internal measurement uses no cookie and is not used to identify you.
We also use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) to count visits and see which pages are useful. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives your IP address, which Google does not store for GA4. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google Analytics stays off until you accept it in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time: cookie settings. Records are kept for up to 14 months in Google Analytics and 24 months on our server, and are never sold.
Automated processing of quote requests
To reply faster, quote requests submitted on our website are analysed automatically by an artificial intelligence service (Anthropic Claude API) that classifies the request and prepares a draft reply for our sales team. Only the information you enter in the form is sent. No decision with legal effect is taken automatically: every reply is reviewed and sent by a member of our team.
