FAQ

What lighting and mast does the VTS6P-L use?

The standard setup is 4 × 250 W LED floodlights at 180 lm/W, IP65, on a mast extending to 6–9 m (20–30 ft). You can also choose 4, 6 or 8 lights of 60 to 250 W, and a manual, electric or hydraulic mast.

What solar and battery options are available?

Standard charging is 6 × 435 W panels (4 × 450 W as an alternative) through a Victron or Chinese MPPT. Batteries are AGM at DC 12 V (10.8, 14.4 or 19.2 kWh) or lithium at DC 24 V (11 or 16.56 kWh).

Can the battery power other equipment on site?

Yes. The trailer has an external discharge output, so the battery can also supply tools and small devices on site while the lighting runs on solar energy alone.

Can it be used as a security station?

Yes. Optional CCTV cameras and a communication system turn it into an autonomous security station for unmanned sites. A 3 kW gas or diesel backup generator can be added, or the unit can stay fully solar.

How stable is it, and how is it shipped?

Four manual outriggers and a 100 km/h wind rating keep it steady once deployed, from -35 °C to +60 °C. With the folded tongue, 2 units fit in a 20 ft container and 5 in a 40 ft; each weighs 1,800 kg.

Can we order it under our own brand, and what warranty applies?

Yes, units can be supplied under your own brand, with LED count, mast and battery configured per project. The VTS6P-L carries a 2-year warranty and is CE, IEC and UN38.3 certified.
