How long does the VL4K-B run on one tank?
The Kubota D1105 engine uses about 1 L/h, so the 70 L tank gives around 70 hours of runtime, enough for several nights between refuels. Noise stays at 60 dB(A) at 7 m.
How large an area does it light, and how is the light aimed?
The 1,920 W of IP67 LED heads light up to 25,000 m². The 8 m five-section galvanized mast rotates 355° by hand and the light bar tilts 180°. 1,400 W and 2,100 W LED versions are also available.
Is a hybrid version available?
An energy-saving battery pack is available as an option on the VL4K-B. For a full hybrid light tower with a large LiFePO4 battery, see the VP3K.
Which engines, trailer standards and mast options are available?
The Kubota D1105 is standard, with Yanmar or Perkins on request. Trailers are built to AU, US or EU standards, with or without mechanical brake, and the mast can be manual or hydraulic.
How many units fit in a container?
11 units fit in one container. Retracted, the VL4K-B measures 2,680 × 1,400 × 2,500 mm and weighs 750 kg. Once extended to 8 m, the mast is rated for winds up to 100 km/h.
Can we order the VL4K-B with our own branding, and on what terms?
Yes. OEM branding and custom configurations are available. The MOQ is 1 unit, with a 5 % discount from 8 units, and production takes 15–45 working days depending on model and quantity. Payment is a 30 % deposit with the balance before shipment.
