FAQ
FAQ
What can the MG100K-207 be used for?
Peak shaving, backup power, solar self-consumption, industrial microgrids, EV charging support, solar farm storage and power quality improvement at commercial or industrial sites. Its 207 kWh battery runs about 2 hours at its full 100 kW rating.
Where can it be installed?
It is housed in an IP54 outdoor enclosure suitable for industrial yards, commercial sites, solar farms and microgrids, subject to local standards and permits. The battery works from -20 °C to +50 °C.
What output power and voltage does it provide?
Rated AC output and UPS power is 100 kW, with 110 kW maximum and 120 kW peak for 60 seconds, at AC 304 to 437 V and 50 ± 2.5 Hz. Maximum AC output current is 145 A and inverter efficiency reaches 98 %.
How is fire safety handled?
Safety is built in at cell, module and cabinet level, with battery-level fluorinated ketone fire protection inside a triple-layer fire safety system. The in-house BMU, BCMU and LEMS give early fault warnings, and 4G monitoring sends alerts remotely.
Can solar be connected directly?
Yes, through the built-in bidirectional DC/DC converter with one MPPT route, rated at 50 kW with 55 kW peak for 10 minutes. It operates on a 300 to 900 V battery-side DC voltage, and the 739.2 V battery reduces current and cable losses.
What are the lead time, certifications and after-sales terms?
Production takes 15 to 45 working days depending on model and quantity, and our products are certified CE, IEC and UN38.3. We provide installation assistance, and if a unit is defective AB-iPower covers transport and replaces the defective unit.
Tell us the site, the load and the hours. We will recommend a configuration and send a factory price.
