EH04

EH04 stackable home energy storage system, 5.5 or 11 kW with 10 to 41 kWh

A stackable home energy storage system built from 5.12 kWh LiFePO4 modules and a hybrid inverter of 5.5 kW or 11 kW. The household starts with the capacity it needs, from 10 kWh, and adds modules later up to about 41 kWh without replacing the inverter. Each stack sits on castors and is moved into place by one person.

Advantages

Why operators choose the EH04

Stackable capacity

Stackable: the customer buys 10 kWh now and adds modules as the family's consumption grows, without changing the inverter.

Two inverter sizes

Two inverter sizes on the same battery platform, so one product line covers apartments and large houses.

Three charging sources

Charges from solar, grid or generator, with a single-button start.

App monitoring

Wi-Fi and Bluetooth with a mobile app for monitoring and time-of-use settings.

Integrated BMS

Integrated BMS protects against overcharge, overheating and short circuit.

Castors under the stack

Castors under the stack: one person positions it, no lifting gear.

A home battery that grows with the household

Most families cannot size their storage correctly on day one. The EH04 answers that by stacking 5.12 kWh LiFePO4 modules on a single base: two to start, up to eight later, under a hybrid inverter of 5.5 kW or 11 kW.

The system charges from rooftop solar, from the grid at off-peak hours or from a generator, and supplies the house when the grid fails or when the tariff is high. Monitoring and scheduling are done from a mobile app over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.

For distributors, the practical advantage is inventory: one battery module and two inverter sizes cover configurations from a small apartment to a large villa.

Applications

Where it is used

  • Houses and apartments with rooftop solar
  • Backup power for weak or unreliable grids
  • Charging off-peak and discharging at peak rates
  • Small shops and offices
  • Distributor and installer stock for residential projects

FAQ

FAQ

How many modules can be stacked?

Two to four modules with the 5.5 kW inverter, and four to eight with the 11 kW inverter. Each LiFePO4 module stores 5.12 kWh, so a stack ranges from about 10 to 41 kWh.

Can capacity be added later?

Yes, that is the point of the design. The household can start with 10 kWh and add 5.12 kWh modules to the same stack as consumption grows, within the limit of the installed inverter and without replacing it.

How much solar can each inverter accept?

The 5.5 kW inverter accepts up to 6 kW of PV and the 11 kW inverter up to 12 kW, with a maximum PV voltage of 500 Vdc, an MPPT range of 120 to 450 Vdc and 22 A maximum DC input current.

How long will the battery last and how can it be charged?

The LiFePO4 modules are rated for 6,000 cycles at 80 % depth of discharge at 25 °C. The system charges from rooftop solar, from the grid at off-peak hours or from a generator, and the integrated BMS protects against overcharge, overheating and short circuit.

Is it sold to end customers?

We sell factory-direct to installers, distributors and solar EPCs, with OEM branding available on request. The minimum order is one unit, with a 5 % discount from 8 units. Tell us your market and annual volume for a quotation.

What are the lead time, payment terms and certifications?

Production takes 15 to 45 working days depending on model and quantity. Payment is a 30 % deposit with the balance before shipment, FOB or CIF. Our products are certified CE, IEC and UN38.3, and you can inspect your order at the factory or by live video.
