FAQ
Buying from AB-iPower
What are your payment terms?
Orders are confirmed by a signed Proforma Invoice. A deposit, typically 30%, starts production and the balance is due before shipment, unless agreed otherwise. T/T and L/C are accepted.
What is the lead time?
Typically 15 to 45 business days after deposit, depending on the product, configuration and quantity.
Which Incoterms do you offer?
FOB or CIF to your destination port, as specified in the Proforma Invoice. Sea freight is standard; air freight by agreement.
What warranty do you provide?
Standard warranty is 12 to 24 months from shipment depending on the product. LiFePO4 battery systems carry a capacity warranty; details are in each product’s documentation.
Can you build under our brand?
Yes. We offer OEM branding and ODM configuration: logo, colours, voltage, battery capacity and control system.
Can we inspect before shipment?
Yes. Pre-shipment inspection, third-party inspection or a live video call from the factory can be arranged.
